itiba, LLC selected to exhibit in Design Caribbean Trade Show in the Dominican Republic September 1 – 4, 2011

itiba, LLC, the Premier manufacturer of Caribbean skincare products, was selected on May 25th, 2011 to participate in the re-branded Design Caribbean Trade Show in September 2011 in the Dominican Republic.

“The response to our call for artisans was tremendous”, says Ingrid Persaud, Chair of the Selection Jury for Design Caribbean. They had received hundreds of potential exhibitors who submitted applications from throughout the entire Caribbean Region. The many products presented were quite competitive and the Selections Committee had quite a task,” stated Ms. Persaud. However, after careful review the Selections Committee were pleased to accept the products of itiba, LLC into the 2011 Design Caribbean Show. Design Caribbean is organized by Caribbean Export, a trade and promotion organization with 15 state regions, whose mandate is to “take Caribbean excellence to the world.”

It is with great pleasure that Ms. Hanley accepts on behalf of itiba, LLC the honor that Design Caribbean has bestowed on the company to exhibit at the largest Caribbean Trade Show. itiba’s skincare products have been included in other prestigious events such as the 2010 Academy Awards Gift Bag , the 2011 SAG (Screen Actors Guild) Award, the 2011 Grammy Awards, Sister 2 Sister Gala Event in 2010 and the Launch of The Jane Carter Solution Party.
