Innr launches the Smart Plug UK version
Innr Smart Plug, wireless control of devices
With the Innr Smart Plug, any light with a plug instantly becomes a smart light. By timer or manually, depending on the mood, lights can wirelessly be switched on or off. The Smart Plugs can’t dim traditional lights. They are controllable via smartphone or tablet, and are compatible with Philips Hue.
Thanks to a maximum switching capacity of 3120W, all kind of devices can be switched on and off smartly. This makes it possible to remotely switch on the kettle or electric blanket.
The Innr Smart Plug UK version is available at a price of £29.99. The set of 2 with the name SP 222-2 is offered at Amazon for the price of £54.99.
In detail, the high-quality Smart Plugs are compatible with Innr’s Zigbee 3.0 network. They can be controlled via a bridge of Innr, Philips Hue, Samsung SmartThings, Ikea Trådfri or Osram Lightify.
With a suitable bridge, Innr products can also be controlled by voice via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
The Smart Plugs fit into any socket type G. In addition to the smart home system, the Innr Smart Plug works as a range extender for any smart lights or plugs that use Zigbee. This improves the wireless range of those smart lights further away from the bridge.
The Innr Smart Plug has a voltage range of 240V~ / 50Hz. They are Zigbee certified, weigh 3.66 oz, and measure only 2.6 x 2.2 x 2.2 inches.
