Windsurf Survival Lorenzo Cubeddu Windsurfing - Windsurf Survival Lorenzo Cubeddu launches new website to help promoting safety at sea using my story of been missing at sea at night windsurfing.

A major search rescue by air and water was launched but they could not find me.

Eventually I was push towards the cliffs on the coast of Clare, where I climbed a cliff to end up in the middle of nowhere and walked until I found help.

It is a story to emphasise the importance of never giving up no matter what you are facing in life, there is always hope and to dig deep. has today announced the launch of his new website which is aimed at promoting safety at sea.

The website aims to help and support Rescue Services with links to available resources for water sport and other water activities, and to bring awareness to the importance of respecting the water and taking some basic safety precaution like checking the weather forecast, wind and tides, and other hazards such as rip currents etc... that could save you from troubles.

The website has a Rescue Services page with links to Ballybunion Sea and Cliff Rescue and Kerry Fire and Rescue Services websites, and Facebook pages links to Ballybunion Coastguard, Fenit Lifeboat, Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 115 and Kilrush RNLI.

New content and material will be regularly uploaded wih News and Articles to website on Water safety to help and support the work of Rescue services, Safety equipment, Water sport and more...
