Fremont, California, Monday, June 6, 2011– Soffront Software Inc., a leading provider of CRM software for 18 years, today announced that it now supports QuickBooks Online, a finance accounting solution designed specifically for small business from Intuit. Customers will have a 360-degree view of their sales orders and payment history integrated into Soffront’s CRM software.

Integration with QuickBooks Online with Soffront’s integrated CRM allows for synchronization between contacts, customer records, sales orders and invoices all from a web-based platform. Customers can access all the information anywhere they can connect to the internet with Soffront’s cloud-based CRM. Price quotes can automatically become invoices in QuickBooks. Integration with QuickBooks Online also improves the lead-to-cash process and significantly reduces paperwork.

Integration with QuickBooks Online means that customers don’t have to reenter the data from the CRM into QuickBooks, eliminating duplicate entries. Seamless two-way synchronization ensures that customer records, invoices and other business critical information are linked back and forth from Quickbooks Online and Soffront automatically. Other powerful reporting features include being able to view invoices, payment receipt reports and a full purchase history all within Soffront’s CRM.
