Avison Young-St. Louis Names Heather Norman Operations and Office Manager
Heather Norman
Norman has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1997. Before joining Avison Young-St. Louis she held both operations and administrative roles at Colliers International, Gateway Commercial, and Hilliker Corporation—all located in St. Louis.
“Heather’s attention to detail combined with innate communication and customer service skills, make her a valued asset to the group,” said Timothy C. Convy, Managing Director. “She will play a key role as we continue to grow the firm.”

A resident of Waterloo, IL, Norman is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association where she participates in multiple projects, including managing their “Little Hats/Big Hearts” program. Under her leadership, the program of volunteers annually produce thousands of crocheted hats for women and babies at dozens of hospitals and facilities in the region.
