Senior HR Manager said that the hiring of a number of developers was a great help for us to manage our existing and new clientele. The new customers are becoming part of our client base, and with every new client coming we realized that we need more innovative ideas to fulfill the need of new customers. So we hired freshly graduated designers from different institutes to facilitate the process. They will go through 1.5 week training within our senior designing professionals. We also plan on building a team of experienced and fresh designers for our different clients, so they get the best out of both.
