Alkali Scientific is pleased to announce its launch as a new player in the bioscience industry.

Waverly, Iowa, May 25, 2011 – Alkali Scientific, a unique provider of quality laboratory products, announces today its entrance as a new competitor in the bioscience supply business. Alkali Scientific specializes in the sale of consumable laboratory necessities such as pipette tips, assay staining trays and laboratory chemicals. The company has developed its own line of plastic products that address and improve upon weaknesses associated with laboratory supplies that are currently on the market. Alkali Scientific also offers a wide variety of laboratory equipment, including single channel pipettes, autoclaves, centrifuges and laboratory organization products.

Alkali Scientific was developed through a collaboration with the University of Northern Iowa’s Business Incubator Program. The company utilizes a novel approach to doing business by operating exclusively from employee home offices.
