Press release from: Centralsense - Modern PO

Centralsense today announced a new purchase order system, Modern PO (www.modernpo.com), designed for organizations who need an affordable and adaptable procurement solution.

Pricing is a pay as you go model, as low as .40 per purchase order.

Modern PO was designed for any organization that needs to manage procurement and integrate with their existing workflows and systems.

“The best way we can serve our customers is to provide solutions that adapt to them, not the other way around.” said Apolonio Valdovinos, CEO and founder. “Our product roadmap is focused on integrating data from vendors, freight companies, warehousing and other logistic partners.”

A requirement for the design team was to develop a highly intuitive user interface. “We looked at different websites recognized for ease of use, such as gov.uk, but also the graphic design work of Massimo and Lella Vignelli” said Destiney Yenchay, UI/Graphic Designer.

A strong foundation for a robust Application Protocol Interface (API) was a major part of the engineering work. “Modern PO was built to work with the latest web-based systems our clients are using today.” said Brian To, Software Engineer. “It allows for customizations, without compromising upgradability.”

Among Modern PO highlights are:
- Easy to use interface. Users reported being able to configure their systems and create a purchase order in less than 10 minutes.
- Custom sequence numbers. Purchase order identification can be set to any required alpha/numeric pattern.
- Customizable data fields, spreadsheets and reports. Information can be analyzed and exported to other systems.
- Improved workflow. Quickly send orders to vendors or links for forwarding.
- API integration. Engineered for adaptability with web based CRM, ERP and accounting systems.

In addition to software, Modern PO provides consulting services for purchase order design, bidding solutions, accounting workflow integration, and API/data integration.

Modern PO was designed and developed in Richmond, CA.
