31.5.2019, Pune- Sphinx Solutions, a global IT service provider, is happy to announce another achievement that the company has been successfully appraised at Level-3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®).
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, projects have ensured that processes are planned and executed accordance with policy; the projects employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to their process description.
In April 2019, Sphinx Solutions underwent a rigorous evaluation in which appraisers conducted a thorough capabilities assessment at the company’s development center in Pune, India. The aim was to check company’s capability of managing crucial development processes and to certify the company as a fully-fledged technology-driven solutions provider to existing and potential clients.
