Long-standing client BorgWarner has supported the Mannheim Internet agency [di] digitale informationssysteme gmbh in the relaunch of a new website: Both BorgWarner.com, a Sharepoint based web presence for the whole corporation, as well as other web sites from business units within the corporation have been fundamentally overhauled. A new design intended for global use on future redesigns of all international BorgWarner web sites has been conceived and implemented.The US American automotive supplier BorgWarner has been a [di] customer since 2002. In the last number of years, [di] has implemented various web sites and business intelligence solutions for them, for example, an engine database for BorgWarner Turbo&Emissions Systems.
[di] created a web style guide and developed HTML/CSS templates, available as building blocks to BorgWarner, for its global online activities. With the current relaunch, a gradual creation of a common corporate identity is initiated; the new template will simplify future redesigns, shorten implementation times and reduce costs.
