SERIES PILOT FILMING THIS WEEKEND - Providence

Series pilot "Inside Providence" an HBO Reality Series is being filmed 3/30 & 3/31 in Providence, RI. Directed by Eugene J. Celico and co-starring Tama Girard, Joe Cambra and Jason DiPietro.

(Providence, Rhode Island, USA) The proposed HBO reality series “Inside Providence” is looking for “extras” and will be filming this weekend at Club Prov this Friday Night and Club Jewel on Saturday.
The movie co-stars Tama Girard, Joe Cambra and Jason Dipietro and is being directed by Eugene J. Celico who recently wrote and directed “The Tournament.” Starting in May, Celico will also be directing “Thunder Doyle” which will feature Vinny Pazienza, “Sopranos” cast members Vincent Pastore, Anthony Ribustello and David Proval of “Mean Streets” and “Everybody Loves Raymond” fame.
“Inside Providence” co-star Tama Girard produced, wrote and performed the soundtrack for “Thunder Doyle” which was directed by Celico into a music video. A Rhode Island native, Girard also recently co-produced the soundtrack for the movie “Hard Luck” with co-producer/writer Mike Sahagian of Britney Spears fame. Girard and Sahagian worked on that film with Wesley Snipes, Cybil Shepard and director Mario Van Peebles.
“This is the pilot, it has to be good, and we could use extras,” declared Girard during an interview. “The recent event at Borders hosted by Producer/Director Jon.Raben, George Marshall, Steve Feinberg and Producer Michael Corrente made it very clear we have a lot of support for filmmaking and a wealth of talent here in Rhode Island. More filmmaking and commercial use of that talent will help fuel our economy here in Rhode Island .”
