Roy is a senior organizational leader with extensive experience as an advisor and organizational consultant, building and leading teams and providing consulting, technology and outsourcing services to start-ups, mid-size and global companies.
Based out of Chicago, Illinois, Roy developed an international perspective and strong capability for managing organizations and personnel across cultures by living and working in Asia, Australia, Europe, India, Africa and North America. He has extensive experience in developing and managing large teams in offshore outsourcing in India. He was a member of the C-suite at Capgemini Financial Services Global Business Unit, North America for 20 years and has been mentoring multiple entrepreneurial organizations over the years.
