May 10, 2011 (Stowe, Vermont) Yampu Tours announced they won a prestigious World Travel Award for being selected South America's Leading Tour Operator after an industry-wide voting process.
Described as the 'Oscars' of the travel and tourism industry by The Wall Street Journal, the World Travel Award is one of the most coveted prizes in the travel business.
Yampu Tours credits their loyal customers for the achievement and thanked voters at a red-carpet ceremony at Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica last October 22.
