Wine tasting events in London
The Italian class is bringing to London Italian gourmet specialities.Our Italian language school is determined to bring to London genuine Italian food. Our idea is to invite each month a different Italian local food producer for demonstration and tasting. Not just organic food but gourmet regional specialities those are not normally available in the UK.
21st April the first tasting will take place at Blue Bell Hotel in Notting Hill. This month specialities will be from Emilia Romagna which is often under represented but is actually Italy’s gourmet food capital. Emilia Romagna is the motherland of Parmesan cheese, Parma ham, Modena balsamic vinegar, tortellini, tortelloni and other specialities.
For every Italian food lover there will be a chance to try local wines and renowned cheeses and hams.
We believe that the UK food market has been spoiled by industrial food productions and supermarkets fierce marketing strategies which promoted cheap Italian food but often undermining quality and genuine produce.
We believe that real connoisseurs deserve much more and here is a chance to try the real Italian food.
Furthermore we are offering Italian cookery lessons to anyone interested in learning how to cook genuine Italian food. Lessons will be held at our location in a professional kitchen or at the client home. Please visit our website for further information and contact details.
