The 2019 Care Campaign for the Vulnerable Inspiration in Care Awards Friday May 17th at The Crowne Plaza, Gerrard’s Cross.

Dedicated Carers, Families & Inspirational Individuals are being Celebrated at this Prestigious Awards Ceremony

On Friday May 17th, The Care Campaign for The Vulnerable Inspiration in Care Awards 2019 take place at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Gerrard’s Cross, Beaconsfield.

The awards have been created to not only celebrate all that is positive and good in the caring industry, but also to recognise families and individuals who have contributed to raising awareness of the care sector and the need for safety monitoring. This can include carers and families who have dedicated hours of their time to improving care as well as businesses who have innovated in the way care is delivered to the most vulnerable in society, The elderly.

Jayne Connery, Founder of the Care Campaign for the Vulnerable said: “Care Campaign for the Vulnerable was started to champion safety monitoring in all public areas in dementia/care homes to become mandatory. Our vulnerable elderly & their carers deserve to be safeguarded. This is not just someone else's problem. If you have any intention of growing old, then it concerns you too. The Awards are an extension of how the campaign has grown. We now have an amazing, supportive, positive and forward-thinking network which all adds to the enhancement of the care our elderly will received in the future, we hope”

Over the last 5 years Care Campaign for the Vulnerable has supported families who contact us as well as care providers who ask us in to talk to staff on the benefits safety monitoring can bring into communal areas in care homes. We continue to gain the support of care providers, care professionals and tens of thousands of supporters.

The night will be hosted by ITV Jackpot 247 presenter Rob Lamarr & will be attended by some good friends of Care Campaign for the Vulnerable, including executive chairman of the National Care Association Nadra Ahmed OBE & impressionist & comedian Jon Culshaw.
