Savour a salad of Crisp romaine and iceberg, bacon bits, poached egg with anchovy dressing; salad of Paratacos spiced chicken with iceberg, roma tomato, kalamata olives, hard cooked egg, bacon cracknels and gorgonzola; salad of Achard of palm with granny smith apples and rucola, watermelon carpaccio and toasted hazlenuts; and salad of Mixed mesclun, cherry tomato, avocado and asparagus in peppered maple balsamic. Choose your favourite salads from an exclusive a la carte menu to beat the heat!
Refreshing salads will be available at Frangipani for lunch, from 12.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and, dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. from 29th April to 8th May, 2011.
