Transnational IT and Business Consultancy for Financial Service Providers

03-22-2007 05:03 PM CET | Advertising, Media Consulting, Marketing Research

Press release from: Consileon

To push cross-border IT projects, international banking organisations can now draw on the combined industry expertise of IBS market analysts from the UK and Consileon Business Consultancy from Germany. A partnership agreement to that effect was signed by the two core-banking software specialists earlier this month.

IBS (International Banking Systems) is the world market leader in software consultancy for banks as well as a renowned publisher of in-depth trade reports. Consileon specializes in strategic business and IT consultancy for the financial services sector and other industries.

“As a leading expert on core banking systems, IBS has accumulated an enormous pool of inside knowledge during its sixteen years of service to the industry. What we were lacking, however, was access to the German market,” says IBS founder Martin Whybrow. “Consileon will help us close this gap by bringing its strong local presence, ample project expertise and familiarity with the German-speaking banking community into our partnership.”

And Dr Joachim Schü, founder of Consileon, adds: “We are delighted to join forces with an internationally recognized partner to expand our cross-border consulting and implementation business. This agreement will enable us to stand by our clients’ side when it comes to reviewing, selecting and deploying complex business processes and IT solutions within transnational banking scenarios.”
