Grupo ASSA opens Delivery Centre in Mexico
It is a consequence of the demand's growth of services in AMS (Application Management Services) modality and the growth itself the company has worldwide. It will provide support and maintenance to SAP and Oracle-JDE Applications to our clients. This Delivery Centre will create new jobs for Mexico.Grupo ASSA, a Consulting and Outsourcing Company which helps its clients in their Business Process Transformation through IT processes, announced the opening of its new Delivery Centre in Mexico DF and the address changing of its regional and commercial offices located in this city.
This growth obeys to the interest of offering the best service to clients looking for consolidating its Leadership position in LATAM as the best company in the region. Currently, Grupo ASSA provides maintenance and application support to 40,000 end users of SAP and Oracle J.D. Edwards platforms, which belong to Global Fortune 500 companies, multinationals and large local companies in 30 countries in the world in outsourcing mode from its Delivery Centres in Latin America.
In Mexico, Grupo ASSA offers support to end users of big corporations, such as: Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, BAT, Casa Pedro Domecq- Pernod Ricard, Coca-Cola, Pfizer and AMCOR, amongst others.
Carlos Castilla, Vice chairman of Grupo ASSA, mentioned that "From now on, the Delivery Centre will have offices to accommodate application support specialists, focused totally to our customers´ service.
