NN4M recognised as UK market leader in recent eDigital research

Mobile solutions expert NN4M has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading retail app developers after creating two of Britain’s top ten shopping applications in a recent benchmarking study by digital research agency eDigital.

Following an extensive eMysteryShopper survey, eDigital acknowledged NN4M’s rising status within the sector, giving high ratings to its iPhone apps for both Debenhams and House of Fraser. The research firm, which praised both applications for usability and performance, placed them in its UK top ten after testing offerings from every major retailer in the country.

“We’re proud to have two of our apps recognised by the eDigital app benchmarking study. The team works hard for every client and this is a great boost and testament to our moving in the right direction,” explained Carolyn Burnett, Director of NN4M.(http://www.nn4m.co.uk/mainsite/ )

Acting as the mobile app partner to many of the UK’s largest retailers, NN4M creates engaging realisations of the retail experience across the full range of digital platforms. Developing fully integrated, transactional retail apps, the firm helps major brands forge an innovative and measurable approach to online consumer sales that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional E-commerce operations.

Receiving high ratings for breadth of range and ease of navigation in addition to positive reactions for the detailed visual features and filtering options, the panel of UK online shoppers recognised the exceptional customer journey and performance of the fully transactional Debenhams iPhone app which ranked as the number 2 retail iPhone app in the UK, achieving 86.2% close behind the Amazon iPhone app which ranked number 1 with 86.3%.

Following a rigorous testing of the features and functionality of each of the retail apps during March 2011 and April 2011, the UK panel of mystery shoppers ranked the iPhone apps of some of the largest UK retailers in order of performance and usability.

NN4M exists at the leading edge of multi-channel retailing, bridging the gap between technical innovation and existing commerce systems. The award winning company works with a raft of industry leaders including Debenhams, River Island, and Karen Millen to create compelling, intuitive realisations of the retail experience across a multitude of digital platforms.

NN4M is the market leader in providing fully integrated, transactional retail apps and mobile solutions.
Unremittingly results focused, the company acts as an expert partner helping major brands forge an innovative and measurable approach to online consumer sales that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional E-commerce operations.
