Besides daily yoga classes, a 15km Coastal Nordic Walk with the exploration of at least three marine grottos, a biking tour around the local grounds ending with a beach-style lunch, a healthy cooking class using locally sourced organic ingredients followed by a gourmet dinner, a visit to Alberobello and one to Ostuni are all included as part of this exclusively designed programme.
