Michael Slawin has been hired as the marketing manager. Slawin is responsible for marketing, public relations and vendor recruitment efforts. “We hired Michael because of his marketing and public relations experience. Having owned several businesses, including startups, he's a natural for helping us lead the iShade team,” said Executive Director Lisa Benson.
Angela Wilder has been hired as a marketing assistant. Wilder is responsible for social media efforts, sales promotion and relationship management with iShade users. “Angie is another talented marketer we were lucky to find. Not only is her experience top notch, her background in the accounting profession makes her the ideal person to help launch iShade.com,” said Benson. She joined iShade.com from Brown Smith Wallace, LLC, a public accounting firm where she served as marketing coordinator.
Benson added, “iShade is fortunate to have two additional seasoned marketing professionals. Both Michael and Angie are assets to our team.”
