Tic Tac Toe Glow rocks Apple’s AppStore

Cologne (Germany), 18th April 2011 – One month after its release, mobivention’s classic game “Tic Tac Toe” in a modern glow design for Apple’s iPhone and iPad stormed the German AppStore charts. After generating a surprisingly high amount of downloads in the Android Market, Tic Tac Toe Glow now continues its success with record-breaking downloads in the German App Store and positions itself on 2nd place of Top Free Games.

Tic Tac Toe – or naughts and crosses – is a well-known, popular game. The mobile version of this classic game is following the same concept: 2 players, 2 signs, one game board. Each of the players tries to place his/her symbol in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row. Whoever succeeds first in placing three symbols in a row is the winner.

mobivention's Tic Tac Toe is presented in a modern and appealing glow design which grants players a special game experience. Additionally features like the player’s choice between human and artificial intelligence with three difficulty levels, different color schemes, Facebook and Twitter integration as well a language support for 5 different languages are highly appreciated by the users.

After being published in the Android Market for only a few days the free game app generated several 10,000 downloads. In week 8 mobivention celebrates the 300,000th download in the Android Market.
