ECC Technologies (ecctec.com), the global leader in full service technology and communications consulting, announced today that Heidi Klossner has joined the company as a Senior Network Engineer. Ms. Klossner brings tremendous industry experience, built over a decade of working in multiple networking fields and positions throughout the Upstate NY region.

Ms. Klossner is trained in Cisco ICRS (Cisco Router Configuration) and ACRC (Advanced Cisco Router Configuration), along with Digital UNIX System Administration and Cisco InterNetwork Troubleshooting. She specializes in design, engineering and troubleshooting of complex network environments for existing and emerging technologies. In her position at ECC, Ms. Klossner will provide a variety of network services for the company.

William Price, Director of Operations, commented; "Heidi brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the ECC team. Her extensive experience managing complex large scale networks allows us to grow and maintain our own solid internal and external networks going forward.”

Ms. Klossner currently resides in Henrietta, NY. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Master’s of Science in Telecommunications and Network Management.
