Mopinion launches new user feedback extension for Magento

Online feedback analytics software Mopinion has just launched a user feedback extension for major ecommerce platform and Adobe company, Magento. This new extension will enable Magento-based websites to easily run Mopinion software on their sites and capture user feedback for free.

A straightforward installation process…
A major benefit of this new extension is that it is both easy to install. All users need to do is install the extension via the Magento Marketplace and select their implementation setting in the store admin panel. Once saved, the feedback form will be live on the website.

Additional configurations, such as setting up forms so that they are triggered on specific parts of the website such as certain pages, posts, or funnels can be done by going to the deployment section using your free Mopinion account. These feedback forms are also completely customisable; an aspect that is great for branding purposes. Users can add or change feedback questions, alter the design of the form, add their company logo and set up their own language.

Quick & easy analysis of feedback results
The feedback collected via the extension is available in the user’s personal Mopinion account at app.mopinion.com, in the Mopinion inbox. This account is created automatically when the user has installed the plugin. Users can also choose to have feedback alerts sent to their email inbox.

A Magento extension with a high-value approach
The new Mopinion extension provides an unparalleled added value to Magento users in that it offers many features not yet available among other user feedback extensions within the Magento Marketplace.

Additional capabilities
Many user feedback extensions offer feedback forms that tend to resemble contact forms. The only capability these extensions offer is collecting feedback and forwarding it to your email. This is one of the main reasons Mopinion chose to develop a more advanced extension.
