Mindfire felicitates its employees with Mindfirean of The Year Award

04/01/2011, New Delhi, India: Mindfire Solutions hosted an award ceremony for both its development center in Bhubaneswar & New Delhi to felicitate its employee with “Mindfirean of the Year (MOTY)” award 2011. This award was given to employees who had displayed outstanding qualities in their work and shown utmost dedication & commitment in the year 2010. A total of 29 employees were awarded with certificates, trophies & cash prizes.

Mindfirean of The Year Awards 2011 was given for various areas of achievement where employees have delivered exceptional abilities in their respective fields. Specific traits & achievements were given highest weightage. These were Focus, Initiative, Perseverance, Courage, Attitude, Helpfulness, Quality, Expertise, Dedication & Action in their work. There was also a special group award given to a team of people as well.

Mindfire Solutions is an 11 year old software development & IT consulting company in India. For Mindfire its employees are the biggest asset. Mindfire took this opportunity to thanks its employees who have gone beyond their call of duty and performed with sincerity & dedication. A grand party was organized both at Bhubaneswar & New Delhi ADCs for the award ceremony. Cash prizes worth Rs. 25,000 & Rs. 50,000 were given away along with certificates & trophies. The awardees from Bhubaneswar ADC were Nimmi, Surama, Debasis, Anuj, Pradipta, Manish, Debendra, Rabinarayan, Sumit, Gopa Premananda, Jitendra, and Subhendu. These people belong to various departments which includes technical as well as non-technical. A special group award was given to certain employees of the telemarketing team at Bhubaneswar. They are Azad, Deepak, Dipti, Milan, Nizar, Satya and Udaya. Manjunath, Krishan, Waseem, Vinoth, Chinmay, Digvijay. Mehak, Somendra & Bhavna were the MOTY 2011 Award recipients from New Delhi ADC. Each of the MOTY 2011 recipients belong to different skills & technologies and were selected for their outstanding work in 2010. The champions of the “Debashish Das Memorial Cup” cricket tournament were also felicitated on the same evening. Jyoti Kar and his team lifted the Debasish Das Memorial Cup. Other trophies for the Man of the match & Man of the series of the same tournament were given away.
