Byblos manages the import and distribution processes with SocrateOpen

Byblos, importer and distributor of professional card, representative for Romania of Microsoft Press, has implemented open source ERP & CRM solution from BITSoftware to manage the import and distribution process and to plan the strategic resources of the company. Byblos also uses SocrateOpen CRM module to manage customer services and marketing. By using a common database and set points of interest for each client, Byblos manages to retain the existing customers and to find, to attract and to win new customers.
As a result to the large volume of invoices involved by an import business, Byblos decided to migrate from his old accounting program to a solution that meet the needs and specificity of an import and distribution business.
