Icreon shares enterprise level CRM experience at SugarCon 2011

Himanshu Sareen, CEO of Icreon Tech Inc. would be speaking at SugarCon 2011 in San Francisco. SugarCon 2011, held on 4th – 6th April 2010, is SugarCRM’s fifth annual user and customer conference bringing together CRM users, developers, partners and experts from all over the world.

The Case for SugarCRM

The Case in Point is the story of a global supplier of accounting and management solutions for wealth management, who was looking for a scalable and robust web-based solution to serve their customers but most importantly - to track and monitor their partner program.

With Icreon’s assistance, they were able to replace their current desktop-based system that was proving to be inflexible difficult to use and instead use a customized SugarCRM solution that was able to meet their needs. The solution enabled multiple users with customizable permissions and exclusive privileges and access to the stored data. It included a bespoke module that enabled partner login to the SugarCRM application and management of partner companies and their respective contributions to the business on the whole.

On the 6th of April, 2010, Icreon will be represented by Himanshu at Track 5: Beyond the CRM. This track discusses how the future of business is open and explores how SugarCRM customers and partners are leveraging the SugarCRM platform to go beyond CRM, due to the unparalleled flexibility and openness of the platform.
