Festive Lights Introduce New Customer-satisfaction Measures
Lancashire, United Kingdom (March 11 2011) - Festive Lights, an international supplier of Christmas lights, LED lights, solar lights and outdoor lighting solutions, have introduced a host of new policies centred on continuing to improve their services to customers.Festive Lights have initiated measures to take customer service and satisfaction to a new level, including offering very specific delivery dates and times to minimise customer waiting times, easy alterations to delivery times, renovations of their current returns policy in order to make it hassle-free, and the introduction of comprehensive bundle offers.
As part of their new delivery policy, Festive Lights are now providing free next day delivery on all lighting orders over £100, as well as email notifications with an estimated delivery date and one hour delivery window. Should this date be unsuitable for the customer, the email can be used to respond to Festive Lights and change the time to a more convenient one.
