New Organization Formed to Provide Peace of Mind to Chicagoland Homeowners and businesses

Chicago, Illinois… The Most Reliable Remodelers Organization (MRRO) is a newly founded trade organization of committed and evaluated professional remodeling contractors in Northern Illinois. MRRO’s mission is to become the number one resource for outstanding remodeling services in Chicago and the surrounding communities.

Most Reliable Remodelers is a trade organization in Chicagoland and is found on the internet at www.mrro.org. Contractors are listed by Service Category for home remodeling projects. Each one of MRRO’s professional remodelers is selected via a rigorous screening process. In addition, credit checks are performed, BBB ranking is reviewed and online searches are performed to identify consumer posts.

MRRO also offers consumers a valuable resource and a voice to report issues with contractors. MRRO promises that if a homeowner’s complaint is received, it will be investigated in a timely manner. If the remodeler’s performance is found to be improper or unprofessional, the remodeler's membership will be revoked from this organization and if the complaint is not resolved MRRO will contribute up to $1000 to the homeowner if the consumer is validated.

For many people, choosing a contractor is a daunting task, because even a savvy consumer can be a victim of a disreputable contractor. There are many homeowners who hire dishonest or incompetent home remodeling contractors resulting in incomplete projects or unsatisfactory workmanship.

In the past, after bad home remodeling experiences with contractors that don’t come back to finish a job professionally or don’t return money back to homeowners, the only option for homeowners was to report to the Better Business Bureau. But unfortunately, the BBB can only give that contractor a bad rating and can’t help the homeowners further.

Other contractor organizations or referral websites don’t go to the job site to investigate, and their contractor will not be revoked from their organization even if his performance is found to be improper or unprofessional. They still collect the membership fees from this contractor. At the end, consumers are left on their own to deal with the not so honest contractors.

Homeowners finally have complete control over their project and can rely on MRRO members to do their project right the first time. They have confidence knowing that MRRO promises that their homeowners are assured that the home remodeling experience is positive. When a homeowner has a problem or complaint with the remodeler, MRRO will resolve the complaint for the homeowner and achieve a positive resolution.
