Press release
The social stream has arrived in mobile games
With Qwazz Network a German team of developers has kicked off a new era of social gaming.Till now external platforms like Openfeint, Plus+ and others focused on high score services and achievements. Qwazz network brings a totally new aspect into that field: integration of social streams and challenges into any game by any developer. Developers of iOS games are now able to apply for the closed beta to integrate the Qwazz Network. “We are totally happy about the feedback, we received so far” said Jan Wilhelm, the technical head of Qwazz Network.
But what is so special about Qwazz Network? Jan Wilhelm: “Compared with other social gaming networks, the Qwazz Network brings interactivity to players. None of the existing platforms offers real interaction. Qwazz Network allows player to spread their thoughts via personal walls, enter live arenas to battle other players and discover new games from activities generated by their social graph. It offers new and fresh ideas. But don’t get me wrong – we are not here to compete against openfeint. Qwazz is not a substitute for existing platforms, it is a new communication channel.”
With Qwazz Network developers get an easy to integrate iOS SDK which enable their games to be part of a growing social community featuring challenges, social interaction and cross promotion.
