Further his international experiences gained in world renewed tool rooms in Korea ( JMP Ltd.)& Singapore ( UFE Ltd.)adds value to the technical expertise and professionalism of the company. Thermoforming or vacuum forming creates custom parts by heating a plastic sheet; pulling it tightly against a mold corresponding to the desired shape; and allowing the sheet to cool. Our company has contrived highly intricate aero engine strip build tools, jigs & fixtures. Our wide experience in this sphere allows us to accept any kind of challenging and complicated jigs and fixtures undertaking.

The machine is designed for producing all shapes of plastic products,such as food containers , lunch boxes, trays, boxes, plates, dishes, lids, bowls and other similar disposal and recycle packages.Sealing machines are machines that are used to close and seal an individual package or to provide a long continuous horizontal or vertical seal.. There are many different types of sealers.
Seal-only equipment wraps or secures products, but does not form packages or fill them.
