ThomasLloyd Group acquires Bronzeoak Ltd

Zurich, 04-03-11. The Directors of ThomasLloyd Group PLC are pleased to announce the acquisition of Bronzeoak Ltd, Euromoney and Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Developer of the Year 2009. Bronzeoak Ltd is the principal subsidiary of Bronzeoak Group Ltd. This will be merged with ThomasLloyd Capital LLC, ThomasLloyd´s investment banking division, to create a single investment banking and development services company, servicing the renewable and cleantech sectors. Services will include capital raising, M&A, corporate finance, development advisory and due diligence services to investors, bankers, technology and project companies and independent developers.
The merged business, known as ThomasLloyd Bronzeoak, will be headquartered in London, UK, with representative offices in New York, Zurich, Manila, Jakarta and Singapore.
Michael Sieg, Chairman & CEO of ThomasLloyd, says “our focus on renewable energy and the cleantech sector will be much enhanced by the experienced technical and commercial skills of Bronzeoak’s team.
