The government sponsored HAFA program assists home sellers in completing their short sales in a timelier manner.
The program was created to "streamline" the now difficult short sale process and provide timelines to make the process more timely and efficient. Home sellers are now able to obtain a pre-approved sales price on their short sale prior to placing the home on the market to avoid issues throughout the short sale process.
“The Harris Real Estate University ASD designation has been invaluable as I work with sellers and lenders on complicated Short Sales. In the Chino Hills area, more than 4,000 homes are in some stage of foreclosure.
