I wasn't until 2012 when Hans Ohrstrom after a long 6 months of weighing the pros and cons of leaving his brokerage of almost 10 years, Hans Ohrstrom decided on opening his own real estate brokerage also under the Homelife Franchise with the name of Homelife Eagle Realty and shortly after the 'Hans Ohrstrom Team' came to life. Starting with just 6 team members the Hans Ohrstrom Real Estate Team grew to over 50 team member and in 2013, the Hans Ohrstrom Team was able to become Homelife's #1 Real Estate Team in the GTA. In 2014 Hans Ohrstrom reach his dream of completing over 100 real estate transactions + the team also contributing over 100 real estate transaction which brought the total to over 200 sold real estate transaction in a year.
From there the Hans Ohrstrom Team skyrocketed become the #1 real estate team in York Region which includes the 9 cities and towns of Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Georgina, Whitchurch-Stouffville & King and now receiving the achievement award of 1000 HOMES SOLD, a rarity in the real estate industry as only a handful of 100,000+ real estate agents in Canada can ever make this claim.
