Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers Continues Expansion in Atlanta with two Additional Locations

Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers continues expansion in Atlanta area with two additional locations in Kennesaw and Marietta
ATLANTA, Ga. (Mar. 1, 2019)— Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, a leading provider of Autism treatment services, today announced its continued expansion into the Atlanta market. The Kennesaw and Marietta centers will bring the total number of Hopebridge centers in the Atlanta area to four with a total of 12 locations expected across Georgia by year’s end.
“We identified a need for autism services in these markets and are excited to be able to play a role in filling that void with these new locations in Atlanta,” said Hopebridge CEO Dennis May. “Hopebridge’s mission is to provide children with autism the best life they deserve, and we look forward to carrying out that vision in these new locations.”
The Kennesaw and Marietta centers are currently setting appointments for autism diagnostic assessments and ABA evaluations. Kennesaw will then start pediatric ABA therapy services in April with Marietta following shortly after in May 2019.
The new centers serving the Atlanta autism community are located at:
- Kennesaw Hopebridge center: 2651 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064
- Marietta Hopebridge center: 2121 Newmarket Parkway Southeast, Suite 130, Marietta, GA 30067
“Our goal is to increase opportunity for Georgia children with autism by providing them the skills they need to live more independently,” said Hopebridge Director of ABA Melissa Chevalier. “Since autism is a spectrum, the needs are different for each family. Our center-based model allows us to design personalized plans of care, which are especially impactful when introduced at a young age.”
Each of the new Kennesaw and Marietta locations is expected to serve approximately 50 patients. To make sure each child receives one-on-one, individualized care during his or her sessions, each center will employ more than 55 team members. Known as “Hopebridge Heroes” to kids in the centers, the teams combine the experience and knowledge of top-notch Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA), registered behavior technicians (RBT), clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and other passionate professionals. People can apply for a position at hopebridge.com.
The innovative, center-based program will initially provide diagnostic evaluations and ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy soon to follow. These state-of-the-art facilities will be home to a variety of environments, from semi-private therapy rooms and a mock classroom, to a gross motor “gym” and fully functioning kitchens and bathrooms to allow for natural environment training.
The interdisciplinary approach enhances collaboration between therapists, which Hopebridge has already seen positively impact its patients’ communication and social skills, goal progress and school preparation for more than a decade. By housing all services in one place, in addition to offering full-service insurance support, the in-center model also simplifies the process for parents.
To schedule a diagnostic appointment or take a private tour of the therapy centers, please fill out the contact form at hopebridge.com/contact.
These two additional centers will bring Hopebridge’s growing network to 32 centers in four states consisting of Georgia, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, with additional states planned in 2019. For a complete list of Hopebridge centers and the services each offers, visit hopebridge.com/centers.
Hopebridge was founded in 2005 to serve the growing need for autism treatment services and to improve the lives of affected children and families. Hopebridge is committed to providing personalized outpatient ABA, occupational, speech and feeding therapies for children touched by autism spectrum disorder and behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. It continues to open state-of-the-art autism therapy centers in new communities to reach patients and families who need services. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Hopebridge currently operates in four states; Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, with additional states planned in 2019.
