Karlsruhe, February 2011 - Notes for files, websites and Emails - After a successful Beta Phase GumNotes is now available as full version for free. The helpful tool carries the proved and tested principle of sticky notes into the daily routine of the digital work, where it alleviates in a simple, yet functional manner the work with all kinds of files. Especially on team based work GumNotes is capable of offering new perspectives.

Now everyone can create a virtual sticky note that will show themselves on the opening of a file, a website or of emails either as speech balloon or as a short note. It's not possible to allocate information or short notes in an easier way then this into the according files. Explanatory notes and remarks that had to be typed in word editing programs in a cumbersome way or needed to be added as explaining annexes in an Email before, are of the past now, because GumNotes is self-explanatory. One who opens a file, that contains a GumNote is instantly informed about it and is shown the sticky note right away, even if it is just a reminder.

The functionality is indeed very simple. GumNotes constructs a folder that can be placed anywhere and deposits all notes there. Therefore everyone can search, read up on or edit their self-created posts. Moving on from there GumNotes will link the created notes with the selected files and connects them, and everything is done. If this folder is shared by a team via the intranet or the internet, the created notes are available to the colleagues as well - that is assistance which saves time and increases the productivity.

After the simple installing of the program, GumNotes can be synchronized with the AppStore-App SimpleNote, to make Notes available on the iPhone or other portable terminals.

The now released full version for GumNotes is free of charge for private users and is as of now available for download on www.gumnotes.com.
