Emnos opens new branch office in the USA
Former Shoppers Optimum manager Holyk heads up the customer insight expert's office in ChicagoMunich, Chicago – 16 February 2011
Following the company's burgeoning success on the U.S. market, Emnos GmbH – subsidiary of the Loyalty Partner Group – has decided to expand its international network. By opening a new branch office in Chicago, the specialist for customer-centric strategies is establishing another key site from which to offer its services and consulting expertise. Effective immediately, the legally independent company emnos USA Corp. will be headed up by the Canadian Adam Holyk (34). He is responsible for the entire North American business.
“The cooperation with our US customers like Target Corp. shows that the United States offers enormous potential for our consulting services and retail software tools. Adam is the right person to carry forward Emnos' success story from Europe to America,” says Patrick Rohrbasser, CEO of Emnos.
Before joining Emnos, Adam Holyk was Vice President Client Solutions at Dunnhumby, the “inventor” of the Tesco Clubcard, based out of the New York office. He started his career at the Canadian supermarket chain Loblaws working in commerce and finance. In 2004, Holyk joined Shopper Drug Mart, where he was responsible for Canada's biggest customer loyalty programme Shoppers Optimum.

Holyk has a BA from the University of Guelph, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
