Catherine Cardinal announces the First Wise Women Rock Seminar

The Wise Women Rock Seminar, has its first appearance in Los Angeles on April 23, 2011! Designed to empower and educate,
this seminar explores issues facing all women in these hectic times, such as self-esteem, weight management and relationships.

Wise Women Rock is the culmination of Coach Catherine Cardinal's two decades of work and studies. The intention is to reach and teach women of all ages and from all socio-economic backgrounds, how to have a more inspired and fulfilling life.

It is especially geared to helping moms and teens work through issues such as dating, school pressures, communication and goal-setting. In these trying times of too many choices, Cardinal offers young and old women alike the opportunity to become their authentic self, make better choices and take a giant step towards being wiser women.

For all women who are feeling confused, a lack of direction or low self-esteem, Wise Women Rock offers tried and true skills on how to reclaim your personal power and make a shift to your next chapter.

Wise Women Rock will launch in Los Angeles, and is planning to go around the country. Its initial launch is April 23, 2011 from 11am to 2pm.
