Sublet.com is pleased to announce the launch of its new Message Board. This feature is where landlords and tenants can share and learn from each others experiences. Users on the website will have the ability to create and suggest new topics to discuss on the message board. A reply can also be left in which the landlord or tenant can receive follow up comments for up to 30 days. The message board is a great way for landlords and tenants to interact about rental topics and hear feedback from different perspectives. There are currently a variety of topics that are already open to be discussed such as How to prevent tenant fraudulent check scams, How to prepare to share a rental with a new Roommate, What is Section 8 and How Can I find Section 8 Housing? and many more. It is very simple to create and suggest a new topic as well as leaving a comment on an existing topic.
