“As an online Personal Trainer, it can be difficult to show people why you are different. WhenI launched the company, I simply focused on all of the gaps and barriers I was faced with when trying to lose a large amount of weight myself. My programs, community, and entire client experience contain only the critical aspects required for results to happen but for clients to actually enjoy every second of the journey” says Lucy Dunne, owner. “There are so many people out there who pay for a gym membership only to use cardio machines.
