eFORCE® Welcome New Agencies with a Variety of Needs

eFORCE® Software, powered by IntelliChoice Inc., recently added 4 new customers – some of which are state departments, transit districts and multiple agencies within a county seat.

STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY - selected eFORCE® RMS Software because they were looking for a solution to improve the efficiency in managing case investigations through the implementation of an electronic records management system that would effectively manage, track, report, and analyze incident reports and evidence.

STATE OF TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY - selected eFORCE® because of the hosted solution eFORCE® offers. Many local Texas Law Enforcement Agencies do not have the resources required, neither financial nor technical, to establish and maintain a records management system to store incident and related data generated within its jurisdiction. eFORCE® partnered up with Texas DPS to provide these agencies with a hosted solution. This will allow over 50 Texas agencies to take full advantage of features offered by the eFORCE® applications, at a much lower cost.

DENVER REGIONAL TRANSIT DISTRICT - selected eFORCE® RMS and eFORCE® MOBILE Software- selected eFORCE® RMS and eFORCE® MOBILE Software to improve efficiency and data management, RTD required an integrated software application that is available on mobile technology to provide accurate and auditable information. RTD believes by using a eFORCE® RMS and eFORCE® MOBILE systems that reduction in the time required to identify an offender and their past history will enable fare inspectors to perform additional passenger checks.

BOX ELDER COUNTY AGENCIES', UTAH - five police departments and one state dispatch center recently selected eFORCE® RMS and eFORCE® CAD. The agencies include, Brigham City Police Dept, Tremonton Police Dept, Garland Police Dept, Perry Police Dept, Willard Police Dept, and the State of Utah Box Elder Communications Center. These agencies are just some of the 30+ agencies that have chosen eFORCE® as their public safety software provider.
