The executive appointments are as follows:

Brigitte Casemyr has been appointed Practice Leader, Marketing and Lead Generation. Brigitte is an analytical and entrepreneurial marketing strategist with experience in all of the disciplines of marketing. She has executed successful programs for a broad range of clients, using her skills in lead generation, internet strategies, social media, inbound and outbound marketing channels, research and competitive analysis, international marketing and business development. In her new role, she will focus on delivering integrated marketing programs for the Dorian Group’s clients.

Tammy Gooler Loeb, MBA, CPCC, has been appointed Practice Leader, Organizational Development and Team Performance. Tammy is an expert in career and executive coaching, leadership development, communication strategies, employee motivation, and facilitating peak team performance. She is certified to administer the Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment Program and is a certified partner of the Motivation Factor™ Program..

In her new role, Tammy’s will bring her straightforward, positive approach to help the Dorian Group’s clients work through complex team issues to raise performance across the organization.

Leo Casey, Partner B2BCFO® has been appointed Senior Advisor, Finance, Operations, and Exit Planning. With over 35 years of financial, general and operational leadership experience in high tech software and hardware, manufacturing, professional services and training and non-profit industries, Leo has developed creative approaches to solving business problems. His direct and honest approach to people has made him a trusted advisor to his clients. As Senior Advisor to the Dorian Group, Leo will provide financial and operational services, and exit planning to company owners who want to increase cash, sales, profitability, company value and liquidity options.
