Solar Park Wisselsing (6.3 MW)
Solea proudly announces the commissioning of its Solar Park Wisselsing in the municipality of Osterhofen in October 2010. The Solar Park has an installed nominal capacity of approx. 6.3 MW and is one of the largest solar installations in the entire region. The Solar Park remains governed by the German FIT Law 2009. Employer and operator of the Solar Park is a project company wholly owned by Solea AG.The Solar Park bears testimony to Solea AG’s capability to implement complex projects: The Solar Park in particular comprises a medium tension line spanning 17 km across the territory of 4 municipalities and a crossing of the Isar river. Financial close with the financing bank, Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB) Leipzig was achieved in May/June, during the height of the German market in 2010.
The Solar Park was realised with the fixed mounting structure of Solea AG’s sister company PV-EIWA Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG, its own Solea SM 190 MC modules offering a plus tolerance only and Solarmax central inverters. In 2010, Solea AG has realised more than 40 solar installations with a total nominal capacity of well above 40 MWp.
The Solar Park was sold to Carpevigo AG, Holzkirchen, just before Christmas 2010.
Solea AG, headquartered in Plattling, builds and operates turn-key solar installations up to a nominal capacity in the double-digit megawatt range both in Germany and across Europe including Spain, Italy, France, Greece and Czech Republic. Solea AG has realised solar installations of more than 100 MWp and is accordingly one of the leading system integrators.
