Spectrecom Films Ltd secure the “Outstanding Contribution To The Local Community”award.

Waterloo Quarter launched a circus themed extravanganza which was held on November 12 in Emma Cons Gardens opposite the Old Vic. It featured several stalls in a big top, manned by teams made up of local businesses and charities, who attempted to generate as much money as possible for the good causes by creating a circus themed attraction.

Each team was given ￡50 to help buy props and materials within the BID area, to generate profit and become the best fundraising team.

Spectrecom filmed the entire event free-of-charge and the winning teams victory was recognised at an event held at Spectrecoms own Waterloo Film Studios on December 16, which saw a film of the planning and market played back to the teams.

This event also launched Waterloo Quarter's new Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
