ALL-Q-TELL Corporation and Stealth Monitoring Inc. Announce Strategic Relationship

ALL-Q-TELL Corporation (ALLQ: OTC/Pink Sheets) and Stealth Monitoring Inc. (“Stealth” which is privately held) today announced that they have entered into a strategic relationship whereby the two companies will cooperate by pooling their capabilities and expertise in certain areas where their interests converge.

Stealth’s CEO, Norm Charney, stated: “Stealth Monitoring and ALL-Q-TELL have held talks regarding a possible investment by ALL-Q-TELL in Stealth to expand the infrastructure and bandwidth and open additional market locations. As a result of these discussions, we have developed a great respect for the depth of ALL-Q-TELL’s extraordinary experiences, knowledge, contacts and relationships in the fields of security and intelligence. I am therefore excited to formally announce the first step in what I hope will be a long-term, synergistic relationship.”
