Foreign students change their school classes for Spanish lessons in Valencia

Valencia. A group of Italian students spent an unforgettable week in Valencia. They improved their Spanish through classes in a Spanish school and numerous extra-curricular activities by the city which helped them to implement what they learned.

After the welcome at the Spanish school, they discovered the essential party of Valencia, Las Fallas, through a conference and the visit to the Fallas Museum, where they were amazed with the minute details of the ninots.

As usual, they began with a tour of the historic center of Valencia, where they revealed some of the secrets of the city. They loved the panoramic views at the top of the Miguelete. And of course, they enjoyed the chocolate with churros in a typical place.

But they have come to Valencia, and to the Spanish language school Costa de Valencia to improve their Spanish, so this is their main objective. This school is worldwide known, not only for being an Accredited Center of the “Instituto Cervantes”, but to know the perfect combination of theory and practice.

To provide a quality education and tailored to the needs of each one, they made a level test to divide the groups that were formed for the classes. Every day, from Monday to Friday, were given this classes of Spanish in the school of Valencia.

In addition, during the week they made a host of recreational activities, perfect to understand the culture of the city of Valencia while they learnt Spanish.
They loved the City of Arts and Sciences. They enjoyed the visit to the largest marine aquarium in Europe, Oceanográfico; they had fun discovering in the Science Museum Príncipe Felipe, and they were amazed with the screen of the Hemisférico.

To finish this amazing week, they visited the port of Valencia, venue for the America’s cup and the Formula 1 circuit, walking for the beach.
They also visited the Bullfighting Museum and they attended a guided tour at the Museum of Ceramics.

They had a great time while they learned Spanish and they expanded their knowledge about the life and customs of Valencian and Spanish people.

It was an intensive week but it seemed too short. In fact, before they went home, they would have wanted to come back and breathe Valencia.

Costa de Valencia is a spanish school for foreigners, where spanish lessons are combined with activities of all kinds.
