RENZ show new automatic punching machine and „Covers by Renz“ at Paperworld

This year the RENZ Autopunch 360-120 Digital Block-Block is in the main focus. It is an automatic punching system for working widths up to 360 mm.
The core of the system, the electrical punching unit, has proven itself in hundreds of machines of the Autopunch series. It is unique in the graphic industry that such a punching machine is is completed by a feeder and a delivery that feed the blocks one by one. After the punching process the blocks are separated again and are placed offset on a deep pile delivery.
Thus, the punched products are optimally prepared for the following binding process: You do not have to separate the blocks difficultly and you are able to take them easily one-by-one.
Due to the integrated QSA technology (=Quick Size Adjustment) format changes are able in a short time and preprogrammed format can be retrieved via touch screen. So you avoid difficult and long setup times.
This system is completed by a nail hole punching module for calendars. Furthermore the system can be expanded by a module for round corners and can be connected with a fully automatic binding line of the INLINE series for non-stop production.
Moreover, RENZ exhibit their new accessory line „Covers by Renz“. This label contains a wide range of book covers (soft cover, hard cover und wrap around cover in different sizes), that can be customized by the customer with individual designs and personalized lettering online. „Covers by Renz“ are presumably available as of the second quarter 2011.
In addition to these products the specialist for RENZ RING WIRE® comb binding exhibits further machines around punching, binding and laminating for different tasks.
The RENZ booth with 63 square meters can be found – as in the past years – in hall 3.0 C20.
