JET BI released Advantage to automate sales and marketing

JET BI has newly launched Advantage, Salesforce® native add-on for sales and marketing automation.

The application consolidates market research knowledge in one place and lets sales and marketing team use it efficiently right in Salesforce CRM.

“The idea to create our own application came to us long ago. We wanted to make market and competitors analysis for our company, but encountered the problem that the existed solutions did not provide an opportunity to make it in the required way,” said Andrey Bosak, Head of the Corporate Information System Development department of JET BI. “I believe, that the successful implementation of Advantage solution turned into a competitive advantage for JET BI.”

Due to its well-configured battle cards, Advantage can analyze competitors on a number of parameters such as project size, technology stack, number of certified employees and whatever suits for the business. All the important points and issues can be highlighted while preparing a report.

The analysis of mass data has always required the development of robust reports that were inconvenient to use. After Advantage implementation, easy customization of dashboard panels enables quick presentation of work results to CEO and Department Heads. The sales team saves these reports for the future that accelerates their work significantly.

Marketing and sales automation tool is integrated with standard Salesforce CRM layouts that allow sales and marketing managers to store and to track information about competitors, key players, as well as about market research data in one place. It makes the process of data import/export quick and easy.

With Advantage, reps have reduced search time with an AI-driven tool to identify competitors, to build a sales pitch unique for every customer, to provide data for the efficient market strategy.

“We used different technologies and programming languages to implement all of the required features,” said Sergey Mischenko, one of Advantage developers. “Advantage uses different libraries, mathematic models (e.g. K-Means Clustering), 2D and 3D visualization. The solution is developed mostly on APEX, partly on .net and Python and is integrated into Salesforce® CRM which makes it multifunctional and user-friendly.”
