Former head of IBM Global Communications joins SCL Elements Board

Over a career of 35 years with IBM, Mr. Barsoum served as General Manager of IBM’s Global Communications Sector, President and CEO of IBM Canada and IBM United Kingdom, and a member of of IBM’s Worldwide Management Council in New York.
