New Web Store Sells Resolvers and Encoders Direct
AMCI Launches New Web Store
The AMCI Direct web site provides customers with a virtual shopping experience. Every resolver and encoder product sold on the eCommerce web site is accompanied by a complete description, specification table, PDF outline drawing(s), and 360 degree product photography including a zoom view for close up inspection. “AMCI’s customer satisfaction consistently ranks above average thanks to our quality products and the knowledgeable, friendly Sales team. AMCI Direct is the online extension of our customer’s shopping experience and feedback so far has been excellent!” explained Bob Alesio, AMCI Sales Manager.
Resolvers
AMCI Direct carries a wide variety of AMCI size 11 resolvers. AMCI’s size 11 resolver sensors can be easily crossed with most other size 11 resolvers in the market. Customers can select their replacement resolver through the site’s search tool, or use the convenient cross reference guide which provides a list of manufacturers, part numbers, and accuracy. “When customers go online to cross our resolvers with those from other manufacturers, they are often surprised by the low cost and sheer quantity of units that we have in stock,” said Dave Johnston, Inside Sales Representative, AMCI.
Encoders
AMCI size 15 magnetic encoders are available in either SSI or Analog output versions. Designed for budget-minded applications that require superior durability, the ME15’s small size, high reliability, and IP67 rated housing make it an ideal replacement for potentiometers and small industrial encoders.
